I sold off around 15%  of the VFORX in my Rollover IRA and used the funds to pick up some of Cramer’s 5 year stocks :

Buy IBM @ 171.76, MMM @ 95.01, HON @ 59.23, DD @ 53.83, and F @ 13.7999.

Say what you will about the personality.  If you pay attention regularly the themes that recur on the show day to day, week to week, they are good information!

My SWKS is even.  I can’t buy any more if it goes down again.  I can’t hold this forever.  Summer is supposed to be bad for tech/semi.  Hold?  Dump it and be happy to be even?

I also picked up a little EK @ 3.06 in my discretionary account just to have something fun to watch go up and down on the big screen!
